Hiring on evidence, from resume to final round.
Panelio reads every resume for you, then brings a coding pad, whiteboard, AI guide and graded evidence into every Zoom interview. A person decides.
“Led the move to idempotent retries for card payments.”

What we do
Everything an interview loop needs, inside the Zoom meeting you already have. No second tab, no notes from memory.
Before the interview
- Resume shortlistEvery resume read against your job description, with the line behind each fit.
- Questions with answer keysFrom our library, your job description and the resume, approved by you.
- Rounds for every roleA screening first, then coding, design, AI readiness and the hiring manager.
- Your ATSImport applicants from Ashby, Workable or Breezy, and send the confirmed pack back.
In the meeting
- Coding padOn the Zoom stage, with tests that run.
- WhiteboardShared for system design, kept on the record.
- AI guideFollow-ups, the answer key and the live transcript in your side panel.
- AI readinessAn assistant that makes real mistakes. See who catches them.
After the round
- Evidence packEvery grade quotes the moment that earned it.
- Your rating, then oursYou rate in the call. Panelio suggests grades only after, for you to confirm.
- DebriefEvery value opens the evidence and every change behind it.
- The next round picks upWhat to probe next is ready for the next interviewer.
Fair and private
- Outside paste stoppedWhen AI is off, the code is the candidate’s own typing.
- Screen helpers flaggedIn coding rounds, a quiet check flags answers read off a hidden assistant.
- Same voice, every roundWith the candidate’s written consent. Never a recording.
- Nothing to installCandidates join your call as guests. Your team works in Zoom.
From resume to final round
Four steps, one record, and a person deciding at the end.
Shortlist
Panelio reads every resume against your job description and shows the line behind each fit. You choose who to invite.

Redis keeps the counts, so every gateway agrees.
If Redis is down, we fail open for reads.
We had two days and half the data.
I rolled back first, then went looking for the cause.
Evidence
After the round, every grade comes with the moment that earned it. Confirm it or change it. What the round did not show stays blank for you.
Chose a queue per key and talked it through first.
Found the edge bucket and fixed the eviction.
Gave the memory bound after a follow-up.

Help
Answers to what teams ask first.
How does Panelio get into my interview?
Add it from the Zoom App Marketplace, then open it from Apps in your meeting. The coding pad or whiteboard opens on the stage for everyone, and your guide opens in your side panel.
Does the candidate need an account or a download?
No. They join your Zoom call as a guest. If the app cannot open on their side, a link in the chat opens the coding pad in their browser.
Which rounds and languages does it cover?
Screening, live coding, system design, AI readiness and hiring manager rounds, and an AI interview. The coding pad grades Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, C++, Rust, Go, C#, Kotlin, Swift, Ruby, PHP, C, Scala and SQL against hidden tests, and runs nineteen more, from Bash to R, without tests.
Is the interview recorded?
No audio or video is kept. The audio becomes a transcript, and the record is the transcript, the code and the whiteboard. The candidate is told this in the invitation.
Does AI decide who moves forward?
No. Panelio shortlists resumes and suggests grades, each with its quote. A person on your team confirms every grade and records every decision with a reason, and someone from your team is in every round where Panelio asks the questions.
Does it work with my applicant tracking system?
Yes, on Starter and Team. An admin connects Ashby, Workable or Breezy. Panelio imports a linked job’s applicants and sends the confirmed pack back. Every pack also opens as a link.
Does it work on Google Meet or Microsoft Teams?
Panelio runs in Zoom.
